Mr. Ayala is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Mr. Ayala has worked for the company since 2000, and now heads our Court Bond Division. He is responsible for the in-house underwriting of all court related undertakings, servicing the day-to-day needs of CSBA’s clients, and oversight of the firm’s account managers.

Mr. Waterbury is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Mr. Waterbury has worked for CSBA since 2008, along with handling the day-to-day needs of clients; he is responsible for administering and issuing the various court bonds.
