Mr. Eidem founded the Commercial Surety Bond Agency in 1984.  He graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and has over 40 years of surety experience.  Over his career, Mr. Eidem has worked with some of California’s largest contractors and real estate developers and helped countless start up companies obtain their first bond.

Mr. Huckabay is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and was distinguished as the number one graduate in his class by the Executive Council graduating Summa Cum Laude and with honors.

Mr. Huckabay has worked for CSBA since 1996 and is now responsible for managing the overall operations, strategic planning with clients, and negotiation of bond programs with surety companies.

He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Engineering Contractors Association and is the past Affiliate Chairman, he is a member of the Southern California Contractors Association, and he serves on the Board of Directors for the Executive Council of the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Fullerton.

Mr. Reilly is a 1984 graduate from Utah State University (USU) with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, emphasis is personnel and industrial relations, and minors in accounting and economics. His surety career began in 1985 in Salt Lake City, UT with USF&G (known today as Travelers) as an underwriter. In 1991 Mr. Reilly accepted a company transfer, still with USF&G, to Fullerton, CA as a Branch Office Manager. In 1994, he brought his experience as a surety underwriter into the agency business and, in 1995, he began a 16 year career at Crosby Insurance with his dear friend and mentor Mr. Hal Dueck. Mr. Dueck graciously sold Mr. Reilly the bond book of business in 2002. On July 1, 2010 Mr. Reilly merged with CSBA, and he is proud to be a part of the CSBA team.

Mr. Ebright has over 35 years of experience in the surety industry. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from USC with a concentration in accounting, and he has also earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Prior to joining CSBA, he was President of Paine-Ebright Co., a family agency, incorporated in 1948.

Mr. Ayala is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Mr. Ayala has worked for the company since 2000, and he is currently responsible for management of the internal operations of the company, servicing the day-to-day needs of CSBA’s clients, and oversight of the firm’s account managers.

Mr. Waterbury is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Mr. Waterbury has worked for the company since 2008, and he is responsible for strategic planning with clients, negotiation of bond programs with surety companies, and managing the day-to-day needs of clients.

He is currently a member of the American Subcontractors Association, Society of American Military Engineers, and previously worked for the City of Norco for 5 years.
